Halloween!!!

Why Ahoj everyone!!!! I figured I have alot of time on my hands during my computer class and wanted to update of where I've been!
Okay so last week I had a week off of school, on Monday me and the fellow exchangers took part in celebrating Halloween on Monday not sat. since we were in Germany, and it was me, Kike, vojta, and Hilary and we had some Chili that I made, a pumpkin pie Hilary made, and some other fantastic sweets. We dressed up and watched some scary movies so it was a fun time! And on Wednesday I went to Munich, Germany with my host mom and her friend and with Hilary. We stayed at my host mom's college friends house where they had the cutest little black kitten and a nice house. So we toured the city and visited some castles, then we went to A HUGE market in the center of Munich and looked at exoctic fruits. Then we toured the 1972 olympia staduim, you know the one where Israelians took hostage of 10 people and shot some. So Hilary.... being a cross country runner stole some grass from the staium field and told me it's the most precious grass she's ever got. haha.. Weirdo. But so am I. Then get this.. okay I LOVE BATHS. So anyways... we went to a spa. It's called Therme Erding.... http://www.therme-erding.de/
And it's basically this huge SPA with water warmed from the earth so it's natural.. but it's like a huge swimming pull with water jets that massage you in differnt places and the water is like 90 degrees. So it's a GIANT BATH TUB! My life was complete when I went here. And there were waterslides.... which. Seriously DON"T and I repeat DON"T trust Germans making water slides. My reasons are this... We went down a waterslide that reached up to 70 km and you plunged into a pool. I have some reasons to why it hurt.. if you've ever been picked on at school.. it's like a major wedgie except WORSE! IT HURT SO BAD! And I went down these other two slides where I got a bump on my head and a sore neck for 2 days and a huge bruise covering my whole knee. GERMANS! Who do they think they are . And they all wore spedos.. men in spedos... old men. It was like.. "Hi ceiling your lovely looking." Because it was so gross. And the hot tubs... were amazing. They smelled of sulfur but made your body so nice. It was a lovely place. Despite the waterslides. And also Germans are kinda cold. Some are nice though. But they're so stern. Any more questions just ask!
I am having a flute concert on November 24th and I am really not looking forward to it.. they piece I am playing is really... annoying. But I don't mind non the less. And my host sisters name day is coming up! And it's so cool. Names day is where on the Calendar they have a special date like the 15th of July or whatever and if their name is on that date then they get presents and candy and sorts! Its basically a second birthday... jealous. And it explains why the oldest kids take their parents last names.. and why everyone in Czech Republic have the same name. And those who don't are usually models or actors. So there's some other names too. Well I will write more soon enough. I just though I keep you all updated on what I've been doing. These are pretty much just the highlights. And I wish I could tell of what I do everyday and all the differences here and similarites! It's quite amazing. And it's not to the point of differnent where you feel sad but a good different.
I am in school right now typing away! School here is nice, but the kids aren't very respectful. But VERY HARD WORKING. I go to a school where it is... well kind of downgraded. Like it's not the main school in the town of Pisek where at the main school they have school until about 4:30 or 5 everyday and take MANY classes where we take as seniors. So it's really a pitty I could't've gone there. But supposedly the last exchange student was there and had some drinking and so the principal didn't want ANY more exchangers.. he's crazy says alot of people here. I am learning alot of Czech now. It's becoming really nice. Hopefully I can start using it more and not with a dumb misusage of the pronunciation. Well that's all for now! More later! :)
