Sumava

50 miles of biking, 7 hours of canoeing on the Vltava river, and some hiking through the Sumavaforest! If you don't know of Sumava, it is the best and biggest national park in all of Czech Republicand it is AMAZING! It is seriously wonderful! The foliage is way more different from Baraboo, WI, and there are mountains all around you. I went with my classmates from Monday-Friday. So Baraboo High School trips are nothing compared to this one. My classmates are all so nice and funny. And the biggest topic of words I am learning are swear words :) Oh yes. I am still a little cultured shocked from this week because body exposing is not a big deal here. For example.. We stayed in cabins and there were 7 of us girls, including me, and the girls would always shower together and when there were our boy classmates in the room they would just walk around with their underwear on and change in front of them. It is quite odd. But whatever :)
I am also really sick of bread. Don't get me wrong the food here is amazing..... The sweets especially.. Oh my god, don't get me started. Amazing. The czech beer... yes I have tried some. Only 4 so far. And I was safe with my host sister. I tried a black beer and I enojyed that more than the 12 degree one. I am mostly a wine lover though.
